About hair I do not know.XD Maybe wash them every day or maybe something else.XD
About Helios, I hope he can find replacement that he could be with Chibiusa.

Because he could not left his world, and it is pity. So I think her parents could be help them to be together somehow. Or something else. I just hope that they will be together in future.x)
